The official said on Wednesday that at least six people have died in fires in Maui, Hawaii, United States. Some injuries have been noted, but officials did not give a number to contact.
The Crews continue to stop fires in Maui and the Big Island, which have been flowed in part by the strong winds from a Category 4 storm which named as “Hurricane Dora”.
The Coast Guard on Tuesday relieved 14 no of peoples including 2 children, who went into the ocean to escape the blazes and smoke.
Mauni County Officials said that “At least 271 structures have been damaged, destroyed or otherwise impacted in the western Maui town of Lahaina after a devastating wildfire.”

Firefighters battling spot fires around Lahaina, no new evacuations
Maui County said that “More than 100 Maui firefighters were battling 3 wildfires today, and helicopters have been making water drops and conducting searches.”
No new evacuations were ordered in Maui, which has contacted severe wind-fueled wildfires, but the hamper in the western Maui town of Lahaina was called widespread.
The name of the three (3) fires on Maui are the Lahaina, Pulehu and Upcountry fires. The officials said that “The National Guard and other military forces are working with helicopters doing water drops.”
The county said in a speech is that “Firefighters in Lahaina were putting out spot fires around the community of around 12,700.”
FEMA Administer Deanne Crisewell also tweeted that she has spoken with the state’s lieutenant governor, and that the agency has authorized federal assistance to help firefighting efforts.

Visitors asked to leave Maui as soon as possible due to crisis
The County Officials said today (10th August, 2023) that “Visitors “‘with vehicles or any means of transportation“ are being asked to leave the fire-ravaged Lahaina area and Maui as soon as possible.”
The county made the request because officials have marginalized resources in this described crisis.
The county also said that “Buses will be taking people from Sheraton Maui Resort in Ka’anapali to Kahului Airport,”
Widespread hamper has been seen in Lahaina in Western Maui from one of three wildfires. At least 6 people are dead and western Maui does not have any power or any cell service available.

Satellite images has captured the devastation on Maui Wednesday (9th August, 2023) after a wildfire tore through Lahaina, a famous vacation place on the island’s west coast that was once the capital of the Kingdom of Hawaii.
In one photo from the company Maxar Technologies, the historic area of Banyan Court (home to the islands oldest living banyan tree about 150 years old) which see to have mostly been reduced to ash.
